Your property manager will be accepting rent payments using Zego.

As part of Zego's acquisition of RentTrack's payments business, your account is being moved to the Zego platform.  Great effort is underway to make this transition as seamless as possible so there would be no interruption to your rent payments.

You can continue to expect:

  • Secure online payments
  • World-class service & support
  • Credit reporting for on-time rent payments

Zego proudly offers:

  • Payments via E-check, debit card, credit card, digital wallet, and even good ol' fashioned cash
  • Payments using a mobile app, desktop computer, phone, or retail location

Do I have to set up my scheduled payments again?

As part of the transition, we will move over your scheduled payments, which you will see when you're able to log in directly to Zego.  These payments will be processed by Zego moving forward.  If you'd like to schedule additional payments, you can do so directly on Zego.

Please note that payments processed by Zego will appear on your bank statement as "PL*PropertyManagement" or "PYL*PropertyManagement".

 

How do I set up a payment on Zego?

It's easy!  Check out this article in Zego's Resident Support Center to learn how to set up a payment.  Other answers to questions you may have about the Zego platform can be found on their Resident Support Center.

How do I see my payment history?

Your property manager has a record of all of your payments, whether they were made online or not.  Please communicate directly with them for any payment history questions you may have.

What happened to my ScoreTrack subscription?

If you had a ScoreTrack subscription, it was cancelled and you will not be charged for it moving forward.

Can my rent payments till be reported to the credit bureaus?

Absolutely! Soon you'll be able to simply log into your Zego account and opt-in to begin reporting your rent payments with a new tradeline.

Have my previous payments been reported to the credit bureaus?

If you opted into rent reporting while using RentTrack, the payments you made during that time have been reported to the credit bureaus.  If you do not have a recent copy of your credit report, there are many providers available that you can use to obtain it, including www.freecreditreport.com which will provide your report for free annually.
